Casey Horrell - Broker

In December of 2004, Casey began her professional career in Real Estate while working for a Real Estate and Construction company in West Monroe, Louisiana. Some of her first clients were first time home buyers and investors seeking affordable housing in the area.

During the first two years of her career, she handeled a variety of Real Estate, including commercial retail centers, apartments, income properties, residential homes, and land. This work provided her with a wide range of knowledge in the Real Estate market. Being able to adapt to each clients needs in a professional and timely manner is one of the benefits of having Casey as your realtor.

In mid 2006 Casey made a moved to Sue Marcus Properties in the heart of West Monroe. Sue Marcus was a well known commercial broker in the area and had a great deal of success. Casey practiced under her for two years and while there, she assisted Sue with sales contracts and property listings priced at over five hundred thousand dollars.

When Sue Marcus retired from Real Estate in 2008, Casey took her career to a new level by signing on with Keller Williams Realty in Monroe, La. Keller Williams Realty offered extensive weekly training on everything from marketing techniques to short sales. While at Keller Williams Realty, Casey received the Bronze Award for being a MILLION DOLLAR PRODUCER for the years of 2008 and 2009. She also assisted buyers and sellers with special properties (short sales) and helped them avoid foreclosure.

In the fall of 2010 Casey and her family moved to Conway, Ar. Casey immediately transferred her license to Legacy Realty Inc. and spent a year learning the Arkansas Forms, Laws, and Market! Casey is now the Principal Broker for Stepping Stone Realty, LLC in the Conway/Vilonia area. Having a background in Real Estate and knowing exactly how to market a property, create a need for the property, and sell a property is something that can be taken anywhere as long as the agent is motivated to succeed!

Since moving to Conway, Casey listed and successfully sold homes in Vilonia and in Conway. She has even assisted an out of state buyer purchase a Foreclosure "sight unseen". Because of her honest approach to Real Estate, her clients trust her opinion and know exactly what to expect. Casey received the Agent of the Month award in June 2011 for closing on 4 properties in a 2 week period. She is now back in North Louisiana and ready to work for you!
